## Questions & answers

### Who counts as staff?

You pay for every professional who can be booked. Admins and receptionists who take no bookings are free, so you can add your whole front desk at no extra cost.

### How does yearly pricing work?

With yearly billing, your first professional is charged the full rate, professionals two to six are charged half the rate, and every professional from the seventh onward a quarter of the rate. A business with a single professional gets 11% off instead. For example, Business Standard for 5 professionals costs ALL 600 + 4 × ALL 300 = ALL 1,800 a month billed yearly, against ALL 3,000 a month billed monthly.

### What if I have more than 10 professionals?

Teams of more than 10 professionals get a package built around them. Contact our sales team and we will put together your pricing.

### I own more than one business. How does that work?

Each business is its own organization with its own package, priced by its own bookable staff. One login lets you switch between them. If you run a group of businesses, contact our sales team.

### Can I change packages later?

Yes. Move up or down a package as your business changes, and our team will adjust your billing.

### What does onboarding include?

Our team sets up your business profile, services and staff with you, and trains everyone on your team to use EasyBook on the web and in the mobile apps.

### How do I pay?

Our team sets up billing with you during onboarding.

### Where is my data stored?

In the EU: your database and files are on Google Cloud in Frankfurt, and our app servers run in the Netherlands. The [Data Processing Agreement](https://easybook.ai/partner/data-processing-agreement) sets out how we handle it.
